What school business managers ask us.
We already have an IT coordinator. Do we still need a partner?
Often, yes, but not to replace them. In a co-managed arrangement your IT lead stays in charge and SCCS adds depth, cover for holidays and leave, and escalation for the problems one person cannot carry alone.
What does a school IT health check cost?
Nothing. It takes about 45 minutes, there is no obligation, and you keep the plain-English summary whether or not you work with us.
Can you plan device refreshes around our budget cycle?
Yes. We map the fleet and infrastructure to your capital cycle and plan refreshes years ahead, with buying, leasing and Device as a Service options laid out side by side, so the Business Manager is not surprised at budget time.
How do you handle student data and images?
As child safety work. Access controls, backup and recovery are designed around duty of care, image libraries stay inside the school's control, and no student's face ever appears in our own marketing.
Do you only work with Lutheran schools?
No. We are warmly at home in Lutheran and independent schools and across the faith-based sector, and we support other schools too. The approach is the same: built around terms, budgets and the people who run the school.
