Enterprise
Enterprise technology shaped around your operation.
No two enterprise environments are identical. Some organisations want SCCS to operate their complete IT function. Others keep their internal team and use us for specialist services, projects, national field support or the whole device supply chain. We build the engagement around how your organisation works.
Five engagement models
Building blocks, not rigid packages.
Each model can stand alone. Most enterprise customers combine two or more within one relationship: an internal IT team here, our specialists there, dedicated stock behind all of it.
Fully Managed IT
A complete outsourced IT function: service desk, infrastructure, cloud, security and vendors, run by a full SCCS technical team with a nominated Service Delivery Manager accountable for the lot.
Co-Managed & Specialist Services
Your internal IT team stays in charge. SCCS owns nominated areas that need deeper capability: endpoint management, cloud platforms, security operations, escalation and extra capacity.
Projects & Field Services
National onsite support, hands-and-feet attendance, rollout teams and specialist resources, plugged into your own ticketing and service-management systems when and where required.
Enterprise Procurement & Lifecycle
Your approved device catalogue, dedicated buffer stock in our warehouse, white-glove configuration to your standards, national and international delivery, and secure retirement.
Device as a Service
Devices, financing, configuration, deployment, support, refresh and retirement combined into one predictable per-device monthly model.
Your internal IT team stays in place. Your systems stay in place. We fit into your operation, not the other way around.
Enterprise procurement & lifecycle
More than hardware supply.
For customers with repeat technology demand, we build a customer-specific catalogue of approved devices, accessories and services, hold dedicated stock in our warehouse, and prepare every device to your standards before it ships. New starters, hot swaps and project mobilisations stop being procurement events and become routine.
- Standard Operating Environment (SOE) imaging, or SCCM-based imaging for legacy fleets
- Microsoft Intune enrolment and Windows Autopilot registration
- Application loading, BIOS and firmware configuration
- Asset tagging, register updates and user assignment
- Testing, kitting, and delivery nationally or internationally

Ordering fits your process: through the SCCS portal, your procurement platform, your service catalogue or an approved purchase-order workflow. The value is not the box price; it is the controlled, repeatable process wrapped around it.

Device as a Service
Devices without the lifecycle complexity.
Device as a Service combines approved devices, financing, warehousing, configuration, deployment, support, refresh and secure retirement into one predictable per-device monthly amount. You consume a working outcome, not a box. Devices can be financed, leased, subscription-based or customer-owned, with refresh timing built into the arrangement.
- Predictable monthly expenditure and simpler budgeting
- Refresh discipline built in, not argued about every four years
- Consistent device standards and end-user experience
- One accountable relationship from order to retirement

Customer-process integration
We work inside your systems, not around them.
Enterprise operations have established platforms and processes. SCCS integrates with them rather than asking you to abandon them:
- Your ticketing or service-management platform, with SCCS as a resolver group
- ServiceNow and internal service catalogues
- Your procurement platform and purchase-order workflow
- Your internal service desk, engineers, security team and vendors
- Your asset registers and approval workflows
One relationship across the complete solution
An Account Manager who packages the whole answer.
Your SCCS Account Manager coordinates the commercial solution, supported by a Service Delivery Manager who becomes your operational advocate inside SCCS: escalation, reporting, service reviews, trend analysis and technology planning. Both are named people you know, not a rotating queue, and behind them sits a cross-trained team that documents your environment so nothing depends on one person. One partner that understands your standards, locations, users and roadmap.
Your operation. Your standards. One accountable technology partner.
