MARK KALMUS

Managing Director

Mark joined Southern Cross in February 1996 in the role of National Manager, Sales.  He was appointed as CEO in October 2003. He is now the Managing Director.

His current responsibilities include overall management of the company, the operation of the Enterprise Solutions, Technology Services, Managed and Consulting Services specialised solution units, as well as the creation and implementation of the SCCS strategic plan.

His qualifications include Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Business.  He is a member of the CEO Institute and the Australian Institute of Management and an Associate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

 

CHRIS PALMER

Sales Director

Chris joined Southern Cross in May 2000 in the role of Senior Business Development Manager. He is now the Director of Sales. His current responsibilities include management of all sales related activities.

Chris is currently on the board of Heart Kids Development Foundation. This organisation’s mission is to empower those affected by childhood heart disease through increased awareness, support and research.

 

PETER BAIN

Chief Operating Officer

Peter joined Southern Cross in 1981 initially as a Programmer Analyst. Responsibilities developed to Finance Manager and Company Secretary. Peter is now Chief Operating Officer. Peter is also a member of The Australian Computer Society.

 

STEVEN-MEYER COHEN

General Manager
Technology Services

Steve joined Southern Cross in May 2001. He is a member of the senior management team and is General Manager of the Technology and Managed Services Divisions.  He is responsible for the development and management of the overall Services Portfolio.

Steve's academic qualifications include Bachelor of Business (Computing) and Bachelor of Business (Marketing). Steve is also a Fellow of Leadership Victoria’s Williamson Community Leadership Program (2002).

 

ASHUTOSH KAPSE

General Manager
Consulting Services

Ashu joined Southern Cross in 2005 as the General Manager of the Consulting Division.

Ashu has over 15 years experience in the IT industry, specialising in the fields of ICT Governance, IT Operations, IT Security, Strategic ICT Planning, Risk Management and Business Process Re-engineering.

His qualifications include an MBA in IT Management and he is an IRAP certified assessor.

 

WAYNE GLYNNE

General Manager
Enterprise Solutions

Wayne joined Southern Cross in 2007 as General Manager of the Enterprise Solutions Division.

Prior to joining Southern Cross, Wayne spent 21 years at IBM in a number of sales and sales management roles, including Business Unit Executive of the Storage Systems Division.

 

DUDLEY COETZER

General Manager
Software Solutions

Dudley joined Southern Cross in 2008 as General Manager of the Software Solutions Division.

Dudley has more than 25 years experience in the IT industry in Australia and internationally.  He has held executive positions in companies that provided financial systems development and design, systems implementation and professional services. He also has extensive commercial and management experience of global corporate clients in Business Management and Development of Professional Services operations.
